How to change your company information in WINForms Online®

Description

You can change the name or address and phone number that prints at the bottom of each form within the WINForms Online® program.

Please Note:
The change will affect NEW TRANSACTIONS ONLY.
Saved transactions will have the information that was present at the time they were created.


Solution

Follow the steps below:


Step 1:
To change your company name and address, click on the small link in the upper right labeled My Company Information:



Step 2:
Click on Select Action and then click Edit next to your company name and address under Location List:



Step 3:
Make any changes needed, and then click on the Save button:



Step 4:
To change your E-Mail Address and Agent Name, click on the Administration link at the top of the page:



Step 5:
If you wish to change your phone number, e-mail address, or agent name, click on Select Action and then click Edit next to your name and e-mail address under Agent List:



Step 6:
Make any changes needed, and then click on the Save button:
