Backup Your WINForms OnlineŽ Transactions

Description

Even though your transactions are stored online, they are only stored for 14 months. You may back up your transactions at any time if you wish to do so.

Solution

Follow the steps below:


Step 1:
Click on Select Action next to the transaction you wish to backup, and when the drop down menu appears click on Export:




Step 2:
When the Save As dialog appears, choose a filename and the location you wish to save the transaction to, and click on the Save button:



The transaction will now be saved in the location you specified.

Please Note:
You can save your transactons to any drive you choose.
(i.e. Floppy Disk, Zip Disk, CD-R, USB Flash Drive, etc.)
